How often are new pbr materials added?

We are making daily new pbr materials. So, We try to push our limits as much as can.

Which map resolutions are supported?

The highest resolution available is 8K in .sbsars. All pbr sbsar materials support 8K maps, and the max resolution for surfaces range between 2K-8K. But we are adding in our library Max 4K Resolutions. If you purchase a material you can download .SBSAR files. You can use "Substance Player" which is free tool for generating new resolutions from a sbsar file.

Which maps are included and how can i use them?

Usually we are using PBR workflow, Metalness / Roughness. You can find these maps : BaseColor/Diffuse, Metallic/Metalness, Roughness, Glossiness, NormalMap, Ambient Occlusion, Height/Displacement, Curvature, Anisotropy, Specular, Opacity and .SBSAR


Can I use the textures for commercial purposes, such as in a 3d render, animation or printed media ?

Yes, provided the textures are purchased while on the Indie Pro and Studio plan or with On-demand credits from a credit pack. You can use in your commercial projects, such as, games, archviz, movies etc.

What are the credits for and Can I purchase credit after the existing credits over?

Credits are used for purchasing Texturebox assets, such as pbr textures, scans and 3d models. When you purchase an asset, you will be able to download all of the individual files included (such as a diffuse map, gloss map, .sbsar etc. for a material). Our assets cost 2-5 credits each, depending on the type.

What happens if I don’t use my credits?

You don’t need to use all of your credits each month. Any credits you don't use will stay in your account . But you have to spend your credit in a year.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you will still be able to use your credits until the end of your current billing period. Once it ends, you have to use your credit in a year.  So we encourage you to use it.
